Outlook Plug-in for Better Communication/Collaboration (AI?)

It would be great if there were a PI plug-in tied to an organization's account that would sync up and offer suggestions similar to the Relationship Guide information. It could offer thoughtful tips when working with an individual through email, or perhaps even analyze a group email to provide a quick team type suggestion.
